deliverEvent() not working under HotJava, but it does under Netscape.

      If I call deliverEvent from a JMAPI task page event handler (i.e., the FINISH
      button event handler), the event is delivered to the main page when using
      Netscape. The event is not delivered when using HotJava.

      I originally filed this as a hotjava bug, but Sunita asked me to refile this as
      an AWT bug.
