Magnify 2D applet shows red outline on Win32 w/JDK1.2beta4"E"
This failed on both win95 and winNT, but worked on Solaris 2.6

Steps to reproduce:
1) set up your envinronment variables to point to the "E" build.
2) run the magnify applet, located at:
/home/lichtenw/JavaMedia/2d/tests/applets/magnify

Results:
When you move the mouse around the applet window, you'll notice that only a red outline appears and nothing is magnified.
