The problem I encountered was that the plugin can't find font.properties. The
cause I believe is that java.home is screwed up in 1.3.0_01, at least on my box.

User Home: C:\WINNT\Profiles\Chuck Kirschman
Java Home: C:\PROGRA~1\JavaSoft\JRE\13C255~1.0_0

(should be c:\Progra~1\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.0_01)

Therefore it can't find font.properties. As a second bug, the font.properties
in the UserHome has to be in UserHome/lib or it won't be found. All is fine
from the command line running as an application, as long as the JRE directory is
specified; otherwise it uses the java.exe in win32/system, again causing the
font.properties files not to be found (same java.home problem).

Yes, I know that this is 2 bugs which will involve 2 different fixes, but I
don't have time to file them seperately.
