Steps to reproduce -
1) Install j2sdk/j2re 1.5.0 on a Redhat Advancced Server 2.1 u2 machine.
2) Make sure the .java.policy file is not there under $HOME.
3) Go to the RSA tests located at -
http://sqeweb/deployment1/mantis_ws_plugin/doc/proc/JPI_RSA.html

4) Execute any of the 4 test cases.
5) The Security - warning window comes up.
6) Try to respond by using the "Alt" key in the keyboard, (for ex. to press "Yes", press "Alt" + Y, to press Always, press "Alt" + A).

There is no response. The only way to send a response is through the mouse. The acccelerator keys are working fine on other OSs.

Tried on two Redhat Linux Advanced Server 2.1 u2 machines with Mozila1.4 browser - carina, inclusion (SCA 14-3360).

The same tests passed with Mantis on the same configuration.
