This is not actually a bug , but only a additional addendum to 4632143.
Run the Unit Test Case for 4632143(written by ###@###.###).
The test fails on RH8(metacity-2.4.0.92-5).
This is bcs Windows Alaways on Top is not supported on this Window Manager.
Only the Unit Test Case AutoAlwaysOnTop.java , needs modification in the instruction , that the Test should not be run on RH-8.
