The following files are put under make/tools/GenerateCharacter.
  Blocks.txt
  NormalizationCorrections.txt
  Scripts.txt
  SpecialCasing.txt
  UnicodeData.txt

I'd like to delete Blocks.txt, NormalizationCorrections.txt, and Scripts.txt once, because they aren't used in the build process at all. And, I'd like to move SpecialCasing.txt and UnicodeData.txt to make/tools/UnicodeData which is a directory to store only Unicode-related data.
