Arabic text does not render in correct order

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Arabic text render differently in Java to normal windows components. Specifically English text , quotes, and numbers do not render in correct location within Arabic text. Including such characters will also cause the Arabic text to render words in incorrect order.

      EXPECTED -
      Text looks the same as it does in Word Pad.
      ACTUAL -
      Words appear in incorrect order.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
