Getting error while installing sponsor consumer jre bundle, Google Toolbar installation failed on Windows platforms (XP)

Steps to reproduce:
- run jre1.6.0_04-s.exe installer
- at the end of (default) installation error from Windows Installer coming:
Windows Installer:
"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists
and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that
this is a valid Windows Installer packages."
- NO Google Toolbar installed
