This is customer reported radiance case 65896295

To reproduce:
1. access http://inforu.infor.com in IE
2. enter userid/password (please refer to comment section for id/passwd)
3. select "My Training Courses" link on the left navigation bar
4. select "Completed Courses" link near the top
5. select the "10" page in the page drop down list,
   in order to show "10 of 11"
6. select the "+" icon for "S-092 Infor PM Overview" entry
   (as of 10/29/08, the above doesn't seem to work any longer,
    pls also try the S-120 entry)
7. select the "Take Cource" link near to bottom
8. select the "Review" button
10.you will see a smaller window
   if it succeed -> contents loaded (jre 6u3)
   if it failed -> blank window (jre 6u4, 6u6, 6u10)


The only difference is the jre version.

The following exceptions were observed
I can still reproduce the problem on 2 PCs (XP and win2k)
with 6u4, 6u6 and 6u10, where I get a blank course window.

With 6u3, I get contents downloaded and play in the course window.

Please note that I have updated the step by step instructions
to reproduce the problem, and attached java console messages
for all jre versions tested.

Any idea why it works in your environment and not on mine?

Source code whatever we sent you is not our application source code; it
is just a scorm based course. This is given by our end user.

s-092.zip: is a course zip file contains set of html, JavaScript, xsd,
xml, *.swf etc. This course is of type scorm, it is created using scorm
standards. Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a
collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning. It
defines communications between client side content and a host system
called the run-time environment. For more information you can access
http://www.adlnet.gov/Scorm/index.aspx .

s-092 folder contains index_lms.html file which is the first file (entry
point), You can start debug or trace from here (actual JavaScript error
showing from s-092/player.html file).
 

Relation s-092.zip course to our application:
Customer uploaded s-092.zip course to view it in content Viewer. From
this point in time; they are not able access this course using JRE
greater than 1.6.0._04 version.
