A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
After update to 1.6.0_24, IBM Host on demand doesn't work anymore. If i uninstall the update it works. On Java console i see this:

java.lang.SecurityException: Permission denied: file:/C:/Users/Myname/HODCCmyserver.mydomain.it/Release/
at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager$AppletExecutionRunnable.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)


STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Open IE8, log in into IBM Websphere Portal and open a Host on Demand tab.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
I expect that HOD applet load and appears
ACTUAL -
Applet doesn't load and there is an error message

ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
java.lang.SecurityException: Permission denied: file:/C:/Users/Myname/HODCCmyserver.mydomain.it/Release/
at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager$AppletExecutionRunnable.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

Uninstall 1.6.0_24 update
