Pogo games can not launch on JDK 8 while java 7u5 update reminder popup appears

      Bug Description:

      On Firefox 13 and Chrome 19, The Java download popup is appeared when try to run java games.

      It required user to install the new release version of Java (Java 7u5),
      even JDK 8 latest build is on the system.

      Some games could load after clicked on download link but some games not.
      check games test matrix on Comments field.


      Steps to Reproduce (be specific):
      1. Install java 8 build 44
      2. Open Pogo.com site with guest user.
      3. Try to run game 'Risk' http://www.pogo.com/games/risk
      4. Observe the page load.
