EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
implemented a 512MB of memory fix that i found on an IT forum, basically allocating 512MB of RAM to Java in order to run a program called Navisphere from EMC.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I have had multiple issues with Java, but this one is the first i'm reporting. I have just recently re-installed Java, and while using Mozilla Firefox v. 23.0.1, and running the old java version uninstaller tool, i get an error before it is able to start. The following appears when i "click for more details":

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
go to java.com, click "do i have java?" then click the uninstaller of old versions tool

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
it should error out if you have everything configured the way i do.
ACTUAL -
it errors out.
