Steps:
 1. Download Microsoft's Process Explorer from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653
2. Make sure that the UAC settings are set to default. Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Change User Account Control Settings - the slider should be at the 2nd position from the top. If it is not in this position, set it and reboot the host.
3. Copy payload.dll, elevated.dll and dllinject.dll from TESTSUITE ROOT/tests/plugin/manual/jp2launcher/lib into C:\users\[username]\Local settings\Temp\Low. If there's there's no such directory (for example, in case of Windows 7 Ultimate) then this case us not applicable - please find another host to execute it.
4. Copy C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe into C:\users\[username]\Local settings\Temp\Low
