A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
JDK installer(OTN) acts like a silent installer. I found this issue while installing JDK 8u151 on Windows 10 Enterprise.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Before installation:
JRE 8u151 (installed version)
OS: windows 10 Enterprise

At installation: Downloaded JDK 8u151 and 8u152 64 bit from OTN.

Installed 8u151 first and later 8u152 without installer window. I found
the JDK got installed while check in the Setting > change or remove a program



EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Should visible the Installer window while installing the JDK.
ACTUAL -
Should not install the JDK silently

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced occasionally.
