StartElementTree, EndElementTree and AttributeTree all contain a Name,
without saying anything about the "form" of the name.

The implementation is that the name is as found in the source file, at least when the name comes from a source file.

It would be interesting to try and specify that, although these data types are
below the level of the parser, so it may be tricky to find a way to say that.
