Once JDK-8339783 is integrated, the difference in content in the two gdefs_md.h files is trivial enough to just inline it with ifdefs into gdefs.h.

Similar concerns holds for the jlong_md.h files.

It is even possible that no ifdefs are needed, since the Microsoft toolchain has evolved into better standard capabilities.
