      Remove LockingMode related code from non-platform (or cpu) specific code.

      This code is mostly located in src/hotspot/share, but I'll also include src/hotspot/cpu/zero/zeroInterpreter_zero.cpp as it is only one file and it's non-platform specific. Some test related files also needs fixing.
