Wrong menu item "Quick start wizard" under "Tools" menu

Online help says that menu "Tools" contains the "Test manager" item. But actually there is menu item "Quick start wizard" instead of "Test manager" there. And besides the same menu item (Quick start wizard) there is under menu File. Menu item "QSW" under menu item "Tools" should be changed
