Implement an utility which checks if classfile(s) or jar(s) are instrumented

Given a list of class files, jar files and directories this utility would tell for each
found class whether it had been instrumented by static bytecode instrumenter, or
compiled by javac with -Xjcov (-prof=jcov) or both.
