Currently, jtreg doesn't provide any information if action is interrupted. it makes it very hard to understand why it happens. E.g. in JDK-8079889, we have javac intermittently interrupted w/ nothing but 'result: Error. Program `javac' interrupted!' in jtr-file.
it'd be great to run a handler in such cases, it could be a timeout handler or a separate handler.
