fp.bugs 4011 CardTest: choice box is not updated

This has to do with the CardTest.java program located at your site and
in the JDK v1.0.

1. The CardTest class has a 6th layout that can only be selecting by
the last button. The 6th layout should be removed, so the last button
only selects the 5th layout.

2. If a new layout is choosen from other than the choice box, the
choice box is not updated. It should be updated.
