Description
Bring up HotJava on www.gamelan.com.
Scroll the narrow frame on the left half way down.
Click on the spinning "lotus".
Hit the back arrow button to return to the main gamelan page.
Notice rapid flashing in the scrolled narrow frame, and how it disappears when the frame
is scrolled up so that it barely "intersects" with the spinning lotus frame.
