P2 Description
TinyAWT problem in HJ on Solaris and Kona:
1. Load my home page http://wombat/~rcb/rcb.html
2. Watch the Wavy flag applet's behavior.
Result: The Wavy flag applet is not waving as it should. On previous build w/o TinyAWT it waves continuously, whereas w/ TinyAWT it waves only intermittently stopping for long periods (same for Kona).
Note: I can see this behavior especially after my Home page has been sitting there for an hour or so.
