drawRect, fillRect and vertical lines no longer honor XOR mode

I've attached two java programs that use XOR in various ways and show a bug
on Windows.

The offscrgrtest applet uses XOR to draw the figures in the lower half of
the table. They should all be similar in color, except for the blue
rectangles on the 4th row that are all drawn with clearRect that is specified
to ignore the XOR mode.

The top and bottom half of the XORTextTest program should look similar (except
for quality problems of the XOR'd text font).

Both of these examples are pretty hokey - It's probably time to write an XOR
test for the test suite...

Both programs show the expected results on Solaris.
