Undocked toolbar should not be inside a JFrame ie. Iconifiable etc.

The undocked toolbar has JFrame like window decoration. This is non-standard.
Also it is iconifiable.

Close of the undocked frame should dock it (?) again by default or may be hide
it ?

Undock the toolbar in SwingSet and see.
