Swing-0.7 - Keyboard Navigation not possible to all components in JFileChooser

    Description

      Keyboard Navigation not possible to the follwing buttons in JFileChooser dialog.
      1. Cannot access 'Up One Level' button using the keybaord.
      2. Cannot access 'Home' button using the keybaord.
      3. Cannot access 'Create New Folder' button using the keybaord.
      4. Cannot access 'Details' button using the keybaord.

      The above can be reproduced in the SwingSet example.
      Happens on Win NT with JDK1.1.5 and Swing-0.7
