graceful shutdown of activation daemon

The activation daemon rmid needs the capability of being shutdown gracefully.
An shutdown method needs to be added to java.rmi.activation.ActivationSystem
to provide graceful asynchronous shutdown of the activation system. It is
difficult (to impossible) to write well-behaved regression tests that use
activation if rmid and its child "groups" cannot be terminated properly.
