    Description

Using JDK1.1.6K... compiled and while running a huge Vanguard Navigator application (on WIndows95 only) using JIT, the following error message gets shown (about 70%), and the winawt.dll gpf crash occurs (about 30% the time).

The application still is executable after the following error message.

A nonfatal internal JIT (3.00.030(x)) error 'Unuse64' has occurred in :
'name of application (Ljava/lang/String;)V': Interpreting method.
Please report this error in detail to http://java.sun.com/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi

Using -nojit option to java, the application runs fine, has been tested with JDk1.1.6J as well as JDK1.1.6K.

I have been evaluating a hang for the customer with JDK1.1.6J using JIT, and now the hang symptom has changed either with the JIT error or a with gpf crash.
