WinNT ja: some styled Japanese glyph rendering broken at some pointsizes(40,48)

WinNT 4.0ja (SP3), JDK preFCS build "N". Some Japanese glyph rendering is broken (garbage displays on that character position) when style is set. Anti-alias off. BOLD and BOLDITALIC only. Italic seems fine. Change font size to smaller (32pt, for instance) can display same character.
