Popup menu displayed incorrect entries on Win32 on 1.1.6, 1.2

Attached is a simple program that displays a frame that contains a button that has a popup menu. Run the program and popup the menu on the button.
On Solaris this works just fine; on Win32 (specifically WinNT) it does not.
On WinNT, it display a correctly sized menu container, but the text of
each and every menu item is wrong, and in every case is set to text of the
parent button. This renders the menu useless because there is no way to
disambiguate the menu entries.

If this bug were being reported I would rate it P2. It is not a showstopper
for 1.2, but show be regarded very high priority for the first bug fix release.

The bug shows up in JavaTest, which means that some features of JavaTest cannot
be accessed easily when run on JDK 1.2.
