jdk1.2.2-A WordApplet Test not download, on windows 98

Description:
When running Browser tests for jdk1.2.2 build A, the WordApplet Test
located at:
http://javaweb.eng.sun.com/~mukundm/BrowserSuite/BrowserSuite122A/Suite/QLhtml/2/8.html#Top not able to download on windows 98

Step to Reproduce:
0) Install Java Plug-in from /usr/local/java/jdk1.2.2/bundles/jdk1.2.2.exe
1) Go to http://javaweb.eng.sun.com/~mukundm/BrowserSuite/BrowserSuite122A/Suite/QLhtml/7/8.html
2) Go to the link for viewing with WordApplet Test, Java Plug-in, no jar, different codebase.
3) Most applets downloaded but not able to enter text or use menus, a couple of configurations (98) did not get downloaded,

WordApplet Test Summary:
NT/NetScape 4.08 - Very slow to load, not able to enter text, or use menuitems
NT/IE4.0 - Very slow to load, not able to enter text, or use menuitems
98/IE 4.0 - Didn't load, need to end task.
98/Netscape 4.06 - Didn't load.
95/Netscape 4.5 - Applets loaded but were not able to use menus or enter text
95/IE 4.0 - Applets loaded but were not able to use menus or enter text
