Hebrew points cause inconsistent font size (Lucida Sans Regualar)

Adding points to Hebrew characters causes these characters to be displayed in a slightly smaller size. The result is that a normal Hebrew sentence in which some characters have points and others do not looks "clownish", some letters are large, some small.
