No Bidi Base Direction Property in Kestrel "K" JTextComponents

The JTextComponents need a property that allows the application programmer
to set the bidi base direction of the component. This is required for data
entry applications in which particular fields are defined as Hebrew fields
even if all the text in them happens to be English.

Note that this has nothing to do with the allignment property.
