[win] still assertion "priority not found" under resourcearea001

This problem was filed earlier as bug #4307316 which was closed as not reproducible
on 7 Feb 2000. However, the problem remains:

/net/sqesvr/vsn/testbase/testbase_nsk/src/nsk/coverage/resourcearea/resourcearea001 test
destroys java_g (both Server VM 2.0fcs-E and Client VM 1.3.0-C)
on WinNT (Pentium II, 350MHz, 128Mb RAM, Windows NT 4.0 Workstation).
The test provokes concurrent consuming the thread's,
object's, stack's, reference's resources in some aggressive manner.

To reproduce the bug run
doit.sh <jdk root directory>
in
/net/sqesvr/vsn/GammaBase/Bugs/<this bug number>:

Note: resourcearea001.java uses or overrides a deprecated API.
