Linux: 'Caps Lock' key have the similiar funtion of 'Shift' Key

      Description

      In Kestrel Linux b09, The 'Caps Lock' key actions as 'Shift' key in TextField and TextArea. To Reproduce:
          1. compile the attachment
          2. java TextBug
          3. Press '12345' in TextField or TextArea and you will get '12345'
          4. Press 'Caps Lock' to make 'Caps Lock' On
          5. Press '12345', Now You will get '!@#$%'. This is incorrect. It
             should be '12345'
          6. Press 'Caps Lock' to make 'Caps Lock' Off
          7. Move arrow keys(up,down,left,right), it works fine
          8. Press 'Caps Lock' to make 'Caps Lock' On
          9. Move cursor(up,down,left,right), you will find some text are selected,
             just as you press 'Shift' key
       
      This exists in both Redhat 6.1 and Turbo Linux 6.0.
