Turbo LInux: Japanese font is missing and/or inappropriate in CahrView

    Description

      Japanese font is missing in Graphics.drawSgring in CharView tested on Turbo Linux WS6.0 in ja locale/KDE. In TextField in CharView, strange symbols showed up instead of Japanese.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Ladybird j2sdk1.3.1-ea b03 on Turbo Linux WS6.0 in ja locale/KDE.
      2. Install fj-test.tar from /net/sqesvr/export/i18n/i18n_ws/OverSea/Japan/FJ
      3. Invoke CharView
