Firefly: "Options" menu item string is not translated into Japanese

        The "Options" menu item in "Edit" menu is not translated into Japanese yet.
        There's a problem in missing translation, and the resource text which corresponds
        to "Options" is still in English on Converter_ja.java.

        The text should be translated properly.
