untranslated menu item in HTML Converter (Asian locales)

In ko, zh, and zh_TW locales, the following HTML Converter menu option is not localized: Edit->Options, "Options" is displayed in English.

This happened in Firefly (1.3.0_01) and Kestrel (1.3.0).

I believe the latest localized properties files (Converter_xx.java) were not integrated into htmlconv1_3_0_01.jar. Localization Centers delivered the Converter_xx.java along with other Kestrel files to the following ws/location: /net/jdk.eng/export/disk7/jdk1.3_solaris/MASTER/j2se/ext/plugin/converter/src/sun/plugin/converter/resources/

This bug is not a showstopper, but if it cannot be fixed in this release, it must be fixed in the next release.
