Ladybird win32 register version and runtime version are not matched

After installing Ladybird b10, user can not run java from DOS prompt. The error message is as below,

C:> java -version
Registery key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\CurrentVersion'
has value '1.3.1', but '1.3' is required.
Error: could not find Java.dll
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment.
