There is a convering bug from TimeZone to SimpleTimeZone in merlin b46

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4beta-B45, mixed mode)

When converting from TimeZone to SimpleTimeZone in merlin b46,
the exception message like below flash out,

  >>Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException:
  >>sun.util.calendar.ZoneInfo
  
This bug exists in solaris , IA solairs and win2000,
perhaps it is a generic bug.

There is NO bug in merlin b44 and ladybird b12.
