HTTPS File post test cases FAIL using Merlin B54

Platform : Solaris 8 /Red hat Linux 6.2/ Win 2000
Browser : Netscape 4.x/ NS6 / IE5

Steps to Reproduce

On a solaris machine , Install the J2SE for merlin build 54 from :
/net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/solaris.b54

 2.) go to the below link and execute the testcases
      http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_https.html

 3.)Go to Test case 3 (File Post ) --> Apache Web Server
    Execute the test case

RESULT : It displays as FAILED in the Java Console.
