Hotspot VM error while running applet caching test cases using Merlin B54

Platform : Solaris Sparc 8 / IA Solaris
Browser NS 4.x, 6
Build : Merlin 54

Steps to Reproduce

1.) On a solaris machine , Install the J2SE for merlin build 54 from :
    /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/solaris.b54

2.) Run the Applet Caching test cases or Plugin Control Panel
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_appletcache.html

Run the test cases one after the other in the same browser session,

Result : It throws the following exceptions after running 2 or 3 test cases and the plugin Console gets killed

Problems encounterd while testing with Java Control Panel

1.) When U pass the runtime parameter -Djavaplugin.trace.option=security,

Result : It is throwing the similiar exception and killing the plugin Console

This is happening when Java Plug-in demos and htpps tests/applet tag tests
are run in Netscape4.x and Nestcape6 with MErlin build 55
