Description

When running in zh_TW or zh_TW.BIG5 locales, Java Plug-in HTML Converter shows incorrect release information on Help->About dialog.

It should display "Java(tm) Plug-in HTML Converter v1.3.0_02" But it displays "Java(TM) Plug-in HTML Converter 1.3 Version 1.3.0_02" in Chinese.

Also, the Copyright date is 2000.
