HTML Converter about panel shows incorrect version number

Platform : Solaris
Browser : Netscape 4.x
Html Converter Location : /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/htmlconverter
Build : Plugin EngrBuild :/net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/solaris.eng.032901

Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the JDK
2.) invoke the HTMLConverter
    java -cp htmlconv1_4_0.jar HTMLConverter -gui
3.) Once HTML Converter gets invoked
4.) Click the Help --> about box

Result : It displays HTML Converter 1.3.1
