Demos outside the sun's firewall can not load

browsers- IE and NS

Steps to reproduce

1. Install jave plugin (merlin beta build -71)

2. Execute the kestrel demos outside sun's firewall (test case 1) from

http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_inoutdemos.html

3. The demos do not get loaded.
