The system default printer should as the java's default printer in printer list

jdk1.3.1_01, zh or zh_TW locale, have a default printer.

tar -xvf swing_awt_tests.tar

cd awt/classes

java awttest -command test
then there popup a frame, click the 'print' button and we couldn't see the default printer chosen by java program and must drop up that list to be chosen.

but at C locale, that default printer have been chosen
