The JInternalFrame's(CDE/Motif Look) is not correct when set as RIGHT to LEFT

using attachment, run as:
#java -cp .:datapool.jar sun.applet.AppletViewer JInternalFrameTest.html

and then click the autoturn on, when the Look and Feel change to motif, and it seemed the LEFT and RIGTH is same, and this is difference as meta Look and Feel.
