java process does not die on Windows XP, if java GUI application close.

    Windows XP professional Edition English
Tested java version : Merlin build 1.4.0-beta_refresh-b75


If java GUI application close, java process does not die on Windows XP.

Reproduce to:
1, Execute java GUI application from dos command prompt.
   e.g) launch up java swing application demo with java command
        c:\java -jar SwingSet2.jar or launch SwingSet2 with appletviewer
        c:\appletviewer SwingSet2.html
2, Close java GUI application with click in the upper-right corner of the window
3, Launch up Windows Task Manager, push ctl+alt+del
4, Select processes, you can see that remains the java.exe in processes window.

This is not seen with ladybird on Windows XP.
