    Description

      The installer asks " DO you want to view README file?" at the end of install.
      If you click "Yes" the program exits as if you had clicked "No" .
      Seen in : WinME-Fr, Win95it, Win98SE-Sw.

      The fix was verified in build 92 for European languages and works fine now.
