1.3.1_01 FCS has regression problem hotspot crash.

This problem did not occur in 1.3.1 FCS, but 1.3.1_01 and above the following
happens so this is a regression problem:

The JVM crashes on resizing (or painting) the ActiveX control and writes an error file that contains this:
